Alright, so I’m dread-locking my hair this weekend using the back-comb/palm-rolling method used in this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iU_3ttSOOb4
I wanted to know, from those that have experience with this method, how close together should the comb teeth be? And is it alright if I use hair gel rather than dread wax?

Never use wax because it’ll stay and harden inside your dreads
and hair gel isn’t a good idea either.Don’t put shit on your hair.
All you need in growing dreads is time.
